No, I don't know of any link, sorry.

But, it's just a matter of inserting the [ /quote ] and [ quote ] commands at the points in the quoted text where you want to turn off and on the quote format (but remove the space after the first square bracket and before the last one. If I type them in exactly as they are supposed to be they won't show up.
