Very top, right of centre, is a bright white building. That's Christchurch Spitalfields. Moving down from there, there's trees and then the Flower and Dean area. Left of that is the Dorset St / Whites Row area. None of it's that clear, but as DJA pointed out, St Botolphs is a handy reference.

            Another of your marvelous photos.
This one taken roughly around the mid point between now and then, showing where the five lived and the last two murdered.
            Thanks very,very much.

Isn't where Horner & Co is marked actually Kearley & Tonge?

Horner & Co would be lower and nearer to the right of the green spot.

1887 Goad map shows Andrew Firth to be correct.

                        ...along with google maps.

The building marked as Kearley & Tonge on the ariel photo is facing onto Duke Street. That would make it where Bevis Marks Synagogue is. The building marked as Horner & Co is where Kearley & Tonge would be which means Horner & Co would be slightly lower down to the right of the green spot.

Here's an OS map that's contemporary with the photo, as many of the buildings had changed and many others were destroyed in the blitz.
