Yes. Sound does not travel in space because it requires a medium. Icke mentions entanglement. He's not too savvy about science. It is a fact that the ring of Saturn extends much further than previously thought. There is another ring millions of miles out that Icke says is a sign of the signal coming out of Saturn.

Saturn makes that noise in the same way that the planet earth makes the high pitched noise heard when trying to tune a SW radio between stations.
It’s not an actual audible noise being made by the planet.
Plus it’s slowed down considerably from the original which can’t be heard by the human ear as the frequency is too high, rather like pitching a 45rpm record down to 33rpm, except it’s pitched down to a much greater degree.
