Who knows what was going on in his head? There may have been an "ideal type" for him, but just about anyone or anything could have been transformed into that ideal type, given a little imagination. For one half of the human species, a blow-up doll can be a woman, a 25-year-old can be Mother, a normal woman can be a harlot and a harlot can be a saint. It isn't as wacky as the Milk Tray nonsense but it's still pretty wacky.

He killed women and, when the opportunity presented itself, removed body parts, presumably as trophies. I imagine the uterus of any woman would have been fit for his purpose, and that the victims were indeed chosen for their vulnerability to attack.

      Regards, Bridewell.
I won't always agree but I'll try not to be disagreeable.
