If one was open to 6am it wouldnt matter,.... unless we have reason to assume she was out of that room ever again after going in it when arriving home.
We know what time she got home and we know that she ate, we know roughly how long after she ate that she dies. Since we dont know TOD, the existing evidence fits the requirements just fine. No need to fantasize trips out for a late nosh...she likely had it between choruses or before getting home. Cause at 1:30am, she is either alone in the dark with Blotchy and silent, alone in the dark and starting to sleep, or she has left the room dark and quiet.
Since for her to leave before 1:30am puts her perhaps in Mary Ann Cox'x direct path by her room after 1am, or exits her onto Dorset past when Elizabeth is having a chat with McCarthy in the archway, the odds do not favor that exploration of thought.
All the best SF...hope your having a nice weekend.
