We all know the letters allegedly sent by the Ripper. But shouldn't there also be a lot of letters in which the writer is claiming his suspicion against an other person ("My neighbour was it..., etc).
I can only remember those letters sent by Forbes Winslow and that one of a man (whose name I cannot remember at the moment) who overheard at an Italian port (Genoa?) two men talking about going to London to do sinister things.
But I would think that there are lots more (sometimes anonymous).
What happened to these letters? Are they preserved? Where can we find them?
Best regards,
Frank
