This happened in the city of Kolo on the twenty ninth of October / tenth of November in the year one thousand eight hundred seventy three at ten o'clock in the morning. Wiktor Levental appeared, the rabbi in the city of Kolo, along with Daniel Kozminski, a bachelor, twenty years old, son of Ludwik and Rojza nee Tarenberg married couple the Kozminskis, he resides with his mother in the town of Tuszyn; and with Hane Rojza Trajberg, a maiden, thirty one years old, daughter of the late Pesach and Bajla nee Osinska married couple the Trajbergs, she resides with her mother in the city of Kolo; in the presence of Rojza Kozminska, mother of Daniel, and witnesses Abram Zauberman, a merchant, thirty three years old, and Gutman Niewolski, a synagogue sexton, forty six years old, both residing in the city of Kolo; and he [the rabbi] stated that yesterday a religious marriage was contracted between Daniel Kozminski and Hane Rojza Trajberg, that this marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns in the synagogues in the city of Kolo and in the town of Tuszyn on the thirteenth, the twentieth and the twenty seventh of October in the current year, and that the permission of Rojza Kozminska, mother of Daniel, was given orally. The newlyweds announced that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This record was read and then signed by Us, by the Rabbi and witnesses. The newlyweds are illiterate.

It is interesting to see that at the time of the marriage Daniel was still living in Tuszyn [near Lodz], where he had been born, according to his naturalisation papers.
