Pat Marshall made an interesting discovery about this Daniel Kozminski a while ago.
Previously it had seemed unlikely that there was any connection between Aaron and Daniel, because according to Daniel's naturalisation papers, dated 1887, he came to England in 1873, having been born on October 20th 1853 at "Tusching [Tuszyn] near Lodge [Lodz] Poland", which is some distance away from Klodawa:
But what Pat found was a marriage in the JRI-Poland index, in 1873 at Kolo between Danil KOZMINSKI, aged 20, the son of Ludowik and Rojza (nee TORENBERG), bachelor, and Rojza TRAJBER, aged 31, the daughter of Pesach and Bajla (nee OSINSKI), maiden. ('Bajla' appears to be a misreading, as there are nine other entries in the index relating to the same family, and in all except one the name is given as Kajla or Kayla.)
Despite some discrepancies in the ages given at various times, I don't think there's any doubt that this is the marriage of Daniel the hairdresser, because:
(1) The index entry for Rosie Kozminsky's death in Australia in 1931 gives her parents' names as David Triber and Carol (evidently the father's name has been replaced by a quite different one, but Carol is recognisable as an Anglicised form of Kajla).
(2) In the 1881 census Daniel's widowed mother-in-law appears.
This name has previously been transcribed as 'Hailer Sorben', but in view of the other information the given name must be Kailer and the surname Triber or something similar. And obviously she must be the same person as Keile Treiber, aged 80, whose death was registered in the City of London in the first quarter of 1888. (The death of Pejsach TREJBER, aged 48, husband of Kajla, had been registered at Kolo in 1863.)
So although Daniel Kozminsky was born some distance away, he married in Kolo, near Klodawa, which was only about 3 miles from Grzegorzew, where Aaron's family had earlier lived, and where Brucha/Betsy Kozminska, who later married Aaron's brother Woolf, was living. So perhaps Daniel was related to Aaron's family after all. Even if not, if he lived at Kolo for any length of time he might well have known the family.

Hello Chris,
Please thank Pat Marshall for this interesting information. Fascinating. Marvellous too, in many ways, given Danil's whereabouts in 1888, 102 Houndsdfitch. I am thinking of the house to house search. Due to poor memory, I cannot recall if this area was included in the known search in October 1888? Perhaps you or Robert or someone will know?
Robert,
Yes, quite a co-incidence indeed. I note that there are quite a few Kozminski's in Melbourne. I wonder if any of these are family related to firstly, Danil, and secondly, Aaron.

Sorry Phil, bit busy at the moment.
Yes the Kozminski you mention had eldest child 16 born Poland and next one 6 born Whitechapel, suggesting a date of emigration c1885-1895. This link shows him at the same address in 1902.
The 1899 PO directory has him at 7 Twemlow Terrace London Fields.

A bit more information on Gabriel - mainly found by Pat again.
He seems to be the same person who appears in the 1891 census - as George Kozminski - at 1 Stafford Street, St Marylebone, as a widower aged 31 with a daughter Annie, 7, both born in Poland (Scott Nelson mentions him in his dissertation).
He married (as Gabriel Kozminski) Rachel Perman in the 3rd quarter of 1891 at Mile End.
Then, as Phil and Robert have already posted, in 1901 he and Rachel are at 208 High Street, West Ham, again with Annie, and with children born c. 1895 and 1896 in Whitechapel, c. 1898 and 1899 in Hackney and c. 1900 in West Ham.
Then in October 1902 there is an entry for a Mr G. Kozminski, b. c. 1861, on a passenger list for a voyage from Southampton to the Cape.
The following month his daughter Leah (b. 31 March 1894) was admitted to Villareal School in Tower Hamlets, and discharged 19 5 05, "Gone to Africa". The same month (i.e. May 1905) Mrs R Kozminsky and the younger children listed in the 1901 census (but not Annie) left Southampton for the Cape.
Annie apparently married a Myer Kozminski (perhaps a cousin?), but we have drawn a bit of a blank on Myer and Annie so far.

Thank you so much for this information. Most appreciated, and fascinating.
Hello Robert,
The same with your good self. Many thanks for the additionally stuff.
Chris? Do we have any sort of overall picture for the Kosminski/Kozminsky etc "family" that settled in the East End from the 1860's onwards?
In other words, who was in which branch of which family?
It MIGHT just help sorting out the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Perhaps Pat has something along those lines?
Many thanks again, all
