Scott, I am sorry but are you failing to get laid on a regular and repeated basis? I can understand your frustration seeing as how your personal manner would turn off even the most excitable of women, but your interest in my personal grooming and my legs is starting to border on the disturbed.

Can someone define what this means "smart clothing is required". I am going to be attending a thing while in England and that is the defined dress code.

I'd say it's probably one step up from "smart casual". Over here in the UK I take "smart casual" is as trousers (no jeans!), collared shirt, and shoes (no trainers!). You can also wear a jumper or jacket if it so takes your fancy.

For smart stick on a jacket and a tie

Of course, being a lady this probably doesn't help you very much!
