Ripper Conference 2009: London

Is the DVD available yet? The only page I can find for it is this one:

and although it says 'click on your region from the menu below' to buy, I can't see any menu below (or anywhere for that matter?) Is it just me or my computer, or is it perhaps not ready yet and so the page is not fully there?

Any help appreciated, as ever.
