The fact that a debate immediately broke out about MJK's real identity, with both sides appearing to be well-researched, vindicates my choice of asking MJK her real name and birthplace.
That said, while it answers a question that Ripperologists argue with each other about, it tells us very little about the killer. If we are looking for insight about the killer(s) rather than just edification about the entire Whitechapel scene, a better choice might be asking Eddowes if she was soliciting that night. If no, the Isenschmidt backers get a slight boost.Comment
