There are many interested parties who would be delighted and forever grateful if you could see your way clear to posting the documents in such a manner that all would have an opportunity to read them. I am sure one of the Ripper Magazines or one of the forums would be delighted to receive and publish the material. As you know, there is a keen interest in viewing this material, and we would all be very grateful if you could find it in your heart to allow us access.

Someone just asked me if I were being sincere or sarcastic in my request. I want to state: The request is 100 percent completely sincere, with not a trace of sarcasm meant anywhere in it.

If the problem here is that no one got off their high horse to just make a polite request, then that is totally wrong. The first step should absolutely have been a sincere and polite request to the persons involved and I meant my request sincerely and politely with no irony or sarcasm whatsoever and I am sorry if anything in my wording made it seem otherwise.

It is all very well and good for people who have been privileged to see a copy of the Aberconway to look down and go "Oh it's not that important, there's nothing there" but you will forgive us lowly peons if we'd actually prefer to see the exact document and text for ourselves. It's this idiotic little quirk some people have about seeing a source for themselves, rather than just accepting the opinions of those on high, regarding its value and what we should think about it.

I think it's terrific that the full 'Aberconway' version will be published, so long as all parties concerned are fine with that eventuality, and I look forward very much to examining the full source.

I believe that Macnaghten adapted this document to compose 'Laying the Ghost of Jack the Ripper' (1914) the definitive source in the whole case -- albeit a lone opinion. Therefore what Mac chose to keep, and what he chose to exclude (almost everything) and what he chose to add which is not in the document (the graffiti; that the murderer was absent from his place with hiss own people; that 'certain facts' led to a 'conclusion' but only 'some years after') is crucial to [provisionally] solving the mystery inside the mystery.

I'm afraid I set this in motion, I think?

I posted a comment, some time ago, claiming -- mistakenly -- that 'Aberconway', the full version, was lost decades ago. I lamented that Cullen and/or Farson did not publish the full copy in an appendix, or something, in their books.

Then somebody else replied that no, it still exists, just not published ...

Thank you for offering this to us all. May I also in addition politely ask if it would be possible to see, should the above request be agreed to, to see the original documents of the AV, and not just a transcript of the aforementioned? I ask this from a historical interest viewpoint of this important document. I politely hope this is also consiodered.

Not to mention there's the idiotic dupes who buy into his conspiracy crap and perpetuate it. Usually I don't feel sorry for idiotic dupes, but they are annoying when they clump together. The pitch of the shrill hysterical whispering makes my ears bleed.
