Killer of Kelly "alleged to have been found" 1906

I certainly don't remember seeing this before. This alleges that the killer specifically of Kelly was found and put in an asylum. He is described as a businessman in the City of London with a family and of eccentric habits and surgical knowledge.

what strikes me in this account is (once again, I'd say, as there are several stories as such) the ambiguous role of the relatives, and that of the asylum (both a "final solution" and a modus vivendi).
In this respect, it reminds us of Anderson's suspect...
Did Anderson serve us a topos à sa sauce...?
