OK, if you have evidence which you believe has been ignored by the police the organisation to contact is Innocent, who are UK based and deal with miscarriages of justice.
It really doesn't matter who believes you or not here, we are, by in large, members of the public who have an interest in a particular area of Victorian history in common, not a jury and not members of the legal profession and even if you have hard and fast evidence proving the involvement of another offender we are not people who can help you. I pointed out on the second post of this thread that evidence should be passed on to the correct body as there are procedures to follow. Talk to someone from Innocent, or ring Crimestoppers. Or you could take up my first suggestion and lobby the Home Office.
