800 years ago - 1216 April 17 - While passing an Easter church gathering in Florence, Italy, Buondelmonte de Buondelmonti is cut to pieces. The final death blow was dealt by Oddo Arrighi, a woman he'd jilted at the alter. This my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, that is, if I'm not joking.

There are two ways to be fooled, one is to believe what isn't true, the other is to refuse to believe that which is true.

Dickman was blamed for several murders, including that of Caroline Luard, whom I'm inclined to believe was killed by an opportunistic tramp. I really can't see that one as a Dickman crime. The moneylender, well perhaps.
Why would Sutcliffe be suspected of Fred Craven's murderer, though? Did Sutcliffe owe him money? This sort of homicide speaks to me of someone with enormous gaming debts who lashes out because otherwise they're ruined.

Margaret was one of nine non-critical admittees to expire there mysteriously in eleven month's time. Dr. Mario Jascalevich was charged with using curare to murder some of the individuals but was acquitted, leaving the cases unsolved. The doctor returned to his native Argentina after the trial and died there in 1984.Last edited by sdreid; 04-21-2016, 01:48 PM.This my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, that is, if I'm not joking.
