    Prostitution in 21st C. London

    Interesting article from the BBC.

Ending the criminalisation of soliciting for sex in England and Wales could lead to one of the most tectonic shifts in how prostitution is seen in society since it was first made illegal nearly 200 years ago. But what is it like to sell sex in London?

That was an interesting article, Ginger. It occurs to me that the more things change, the more they stay the same: consider how today's prostitutes use drugs, while some of their Victorian sisters in trade were chronic drinkers, probably both for the same reason.
