True, *******s who are worthy of Divine smiting wouldn't get the why an it wouldn't stop others from eventually cropping up to take their place but it would a gift to me from my ALL POWERFUL!!! self.

As for the death penalty- in many cases it certainly shouldn't be used but I have no problem saying there are still those who should be put down like the rabid animals they are. I have no problem with it in some cases.
