Almost nowhere inside
Not in the car if kids in the car
Not within 10m of most public building entrances
Not on train platforms or bus stops

Here in Illinois, we made it illegal to smoke most places including bars and casinos 7 years ago. The only places you can smoke are in your home, your car, outdoors and in tobacco shops. Dire predictions that bar and casino business would be hurt did not materialize.
