Though it is good to see that some lawyers will make money, litigation of all sorts should be encouraged in my opinion.

Yes we have an exceptionaly dumb woman here who probably got what she asked for, but should she or anyone else have been able to. If a zoo is goingto exhibit a wild animal,and the whole concept of caging animals in zoos is a whole other can of worms,but if they do they have a responsibility to ensure that there is no possible risk to the public. From my experience of dealing with the public most of the time they're fine but you have to expect that every once in a while you are going to encounter one who is not the sharpest knife in the drawer,and supposed some unsupervised kid had happened along? From the description however dim the woman may have been the fence arrangement sound totally in adequate for the purpose of separating the puiblic from a wild animal.
