The fact the school is in Idaho, says it all.
Imagine a world where everyone was equal, respected, valued etc... that would be a dream.
But the dream world is unfortunately far from reality; that those in power seek only to keep it, and by proxy, abuse it.
The teacher should be commended for her efforts to include ALL children; because after all, once we scrape away all the political, religious, and regressive populist social construct BS that's put in place to segregate and divide, we end up with the truth; that we are all human, and are all equal.
Unless of course; a person commits an evil action; perhaps choosing to deliberately murder innocent children by indiscriminately letting off a full clip from an assault rifle directly into a classroom, and then uses the mental health card as a defence. That person then waivers their right to equality for taking the lives of innocent children, and should be put down permanently, so as to protect the innocent from such evil.
But aside from evil actions; we are all equal.
Unfortunately, the great American people (and they are great) don't seem to have the power, or will, to ensure that certain men don't come into power.
At some point America will wake up and realise that perhaps; just perhaps, their heroic status coined in the great 80's action movies, is not really who they are anymore.
And that's sad, because I have family and friends in America, and the country has so much potential to regain their role as the world's leading protagonists.
They're going through a bad patch.
It's only when Elon becomes the next president that the country will really have to fight for what's right.
I wonder if at any point there were German soldiers fighting in Normandy; who as they were defending the beaches and obliterating scores of American soldiers with MG fire, suddenly thought... are we fighting for the good guys?
That's where I see America right now.
But not trying to attack the beach; and fight for freedom and what's right, but instead entrenching itself in a hillside, isolated, and firing down on that beach.
But I digress...
One day the world will realise what's important, and for a teacher to have the balls to put up a sign to promote equality, is only a good thing...and what America should be, and what it really is at its heart.
I adore the American people and everything good that they stand for in principal..but right now, their choices are all wrong ones and their politics stink.
Just what for Elon... he's gonna make it even worse...for all of us.

Sadly, I have to disagree, R.D. That mindset is not limited to Idaho. It is pervasive across the U.S. Someplaces simply more than others.

As for Idaho, it will forever be remembered as once being represented by the outspoken homosexual hating Senator Larry "Wide Stance" Craig. But it would appear that ole' Larry protested a bit too much if you get my drift.
