I'm hoping Admin don't have a problem with this. It is launched as a thread intended to prevent disruption of other threads with stuff like:
Off-Topic Argument
Thread Monopolisation
Slanging Matches etc
(You get the idea)
"Outside In The Car Park" the topic is whatever you and your adversary were banging on about on the original thread. Obviously there can be no dispensation to go against Casebook etiquette as laid down by the site owners, but at least here you won't be off-topic because the topic is whatever it was that you were arguing about elsewhere.
So if things are getting heated elsewhere, just invite your opponent to join you "Outside In the Car Park" and carry on from there. (I'm sure the rest of us will enjoy looking on from the sidelines!).
Who will claim the dubious distinction of issuing the first challenge, I wonder?
