    Hello Magpie.

    "Jackson Pollock was the Ripper."

Ah, I see. Jack the Dripper. Yes, reflects in his style.

    Cheers.

      I couldn't agree more.
I won't always agree but I'll try not to be disagreeable.

            .

I was totally respectful and I didn't laugh till I went to that site and scrolled over the Irises paintng and saw what is purported to be Mary Kelly in situ. This makes us "I don't think it was a bolster" people to look much much better!

Seriously I'd suggest skipping this thread on the grounds that it's fundamentally disrespectful to the memories of the Whitechapel victims - to cynically employ MJKs anniversary to promote some crap leaflet is surely beneath contempt

                  Bit disrespectful to me too.

Why wouldn’t I post a remembrance to Mary Kelly? Completely appropriate. It is because of her murder and photo that the true identity of Jack the Ripper has finally been uncovered. Finding her face in Van Gogh's Irises started it all, and I dedicated the book to her. The killer revealed himself in several ways with her murder, and it got him found out.

Don’t feel embarrassed. Dutch is correct, but Vincent considered himself a Frenchman. He wrote the majority of his 800 letters in French and was living in France and traveling to London for his Jack the Ripper murders. He even wrote one of his Ripper letters in French. Ha! Indeed he did.

                      Thanks,

Not ridiculous and a perfect date to post it. A serious work researched intently. You’re having fun with ears, but the ear connection is a good one. As I’m sure you know, the Dear Boss Ripper letter threatened, “The next job I do I shall clip the lad’s ears off and send to the police officers.”

The Ripper then promptly cut off Eddowes’ ear. Then on Nov 9th, he removed both of Mary’s ears. Then he removed his own, as you note, on the night of Dec. 23—this just three days after murdering Rose Millett.

Oh, and you forgot to mention that Vincent took his ear to a prostitute and gave it as a gift. So much more. All sorts of relatable meaning, and it goes on and on in other areas. The matches really are to die for.

                        Thanks,

                          Hi Dale,

So, is there really a book? When will it be available? And a question for you only...is Rose Milett any relation to Catherine Mylett, or do you know who that is?

                          Yours truly,

                          Tom Wescott

A rose is a Rose by any other name. Why the silly test? The book is real, well researched, and not yet available. I continue to pursue the goal, and I'm looking forward to when it is out there and the reality of it is understood.

                            Thanks,

Good job Dale. And I believe it's our duty to test each other. I no longer get updates from your site, so I'm curious when you plan to publish? The book is finished so you must be dying to get it out there. What's the approximate page length? I saw someone refer to it as a 'leaflet'.

                              Yours truly,

Don't be so absurd. It is an insult to the memories of both Mary Jane Kelly and Vincent Van Gogh
