Gordon Lightfoot, hit-making Canadian singer-songwriter, dies at 84

What a sad notice. He was one of my favorite singers when I was in highschool in the Seventies. Saw him on television a few times, collected his albums on cassette tapes (remember them?), and loved his lyrics.
It's colder morning today, even without rain. Farewell to our troubador.

Yes, it's the passing of an era. He was a great musician. Still have Gord's Gold on CD that gets played often.
