Trump has just admited in an interview that the entire Election Denialism was all his idea and that he disregarded his lawyers' ( i.e. William Barr) opinion.

He is either unbelievably stupid or he really does want to go to prison.

Surely the Law Enforcement Agencies own the copyright for the photograph, and he is using it without permission?

There's a good chance the Trump organization could be charged by Fulton County with copyright violation and sued for all the money Trump's raised by using the mugshot.
