Yeah, I saw the door thing on the TV news! The cops escorting him looked more bored than sad, lol.
But TFG(Trump) has always been such a liar...Pat D. https://forum.casebook.org/core/imag...rt/reading.gif

didnt michael cohen in his court case which he wound up going to jail for, say under oath that he paid off stormy daniels on his own with no direction from trump or his associates?"Is all that we see or seem

He may have said that initially under oath (I'm not looking it up becasue it is immaterial to what he did next). On Aug 20th, 2018, he changed his plea to guilty stating:
Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, made the extraordinary admission in court on Tuesday that Mr. Trump had directed him to arrange payments to two women during the 2016 campaign to keep them from speaking publicly about affairs they said they had with Mr. Trump.
Mr. Cohen acknowledged the illegal payments while pleading guilty to breaking campaign finance laws and other charges, a litany of crimes that revealed both his shadowy involvement in Mr. Trump’s circle and his own corrupt business dealings.

More Highlight from this "interview":
Trump: “Top of the line. Top line. They’re all top of the line. Are our guys not top of the line? Never was. These are top of the line people at the top of their game. President Xi is a brilliant man. If you went all over Hollywood to look for somebody to play the role of President Xi, you couldn’t find, there’s nobody like that. The look, the brain, the whole thing. We had a great relationship. You know, when he first came to Mar-a-Lago, It was so organized by them and by us, but by them very pom, pom, pom. Everything’s like business. No games, you know. They don’t say, Gee, how did the Yankees do last night? Oh, that was a wonderful. They don’t care. They don’t care about anything. I said, You ever go to a Broadway play? I’ll take you to one. Do you ever have plays like do you ever go.. No, I don’t know. He’s all this is business. These aren’t game players, right? I like it, you know, in a way, I like it. You have no life. But that’s what he likes.”
Carlson: “Yeah.” ()
Trump: “Top of the line. Smart. Top of the line. When they came in, it was supposed to be a meeting that lasted exactly 15 minutes. . So we go to breakout sessions with all they had. Like 40 people. We had 40 people, you know, the comparables. Right? And we’re sitting across the table from each other in the ballroom of Mar a Lago. It was an amazing scene, but our meeting was supposed to take 15 minutes. It took 4 hours. We got along so well. People ask how smart is Kim Jong Un? Kim Jong Un is smart too. You know, when you come out and as a young man at 24, 23, even though he sort of inherits it, most people when they inherit, they lose it. And that’s easy stuff. He took over a country, a very smart people, very, very energetic people, very tough people at a very young age. And he has total dominate control. That’s not easy. These are these are very smart. Putin, very smart. Now, he’s had in and probably a bad year. If he took over all of Ukraine and what are we going to do because Biden is so committed to Ukraine. What happens if it’s a not winnable war? You know, there are people that say Ukraine cannot win. You can’t beat Russia. Russia right now, I’m not saying anything out of school. I read it in one of our newspapers. So, you know, it’s probably fake news, but maybe not. I don’t think it is. Russia right now is making massive amounts of ammunition. Sounds simple, right? But they’re making massive beyond anything they’ve ever made before. We don’t have any ammunition. We’ve given it to Ukraine. We’re not we’re not prepared to fight. I rebuilt our military, new planes, new tanks, new everything. They’ve taken, the military that I’ve rebuilt, and they’ve given it all to Ukraine. I mean, massive amounts.”
he also offers a leftfield analysis on the world's most pressing dangers:
Former US President Donald Trump says "nuclear warming" is the greatest problem facing the world, surpassing even the issue of global warming.
"Nobody talks about nuclear...the biggest problem we have in the whole world. It's not global warming, it's nuclear warming," Trump told Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview that aired Tuesday night.
"And all it takes is one madman...and it's only a matter of seconds. You don't have to wait 200 to 300 years for it to happen," he said.
'All it takes is one madman...and it's only a matter of seconds,' says former US president - Anadolu Ajansı
Can someone explain to me me how a clown of this stature is the leading contender to become presidential candidate in one of the two major parties? I don't get it.

Just as soon as you explain how an even bigger clown can continue to be the President of the .U.S ? Many of us dont get that one either .'It doesn't matter how beautiful your theory is. It doesn't matter how smart you are . If it doesn't agree with experiment, its wrong'' . Richard Feynman

Because he’s a film flam man and talks the same way the morons that support him.
Trump and Johnson tapped into that under used resource of the thicko who don’t think past the headline and believe any nonsense preached to them.

Yes of course the process of obtaining the presidency after the election .
It's the fact he can't string two sentences together most days, ,falls over himself on other days ,looked dazed and confused at press conference, needs to be prodded for a response, etc etc
He is a broken down ,babbling clown trying to impersonate the President of the United States.
Just my opinion of course .
And just for the record this observation has nothing to do with Donald Trump
I see what everyone else sees and call it for what it is . That's it.

Hello Fishy,
I am going to disagree with your assessment of President Biden. Now for purposes of full disclosure I did vote for him. Do I think at his age that he is in over his head as President. Yes, no question about it. Do I think he says a number of things that makes you scratch your head and say What? Again, yes no question about it. Is he a "broken down, babbling clown" No, I don't think so. I would point you to his State of the Union speech given back in February. Speaking for over an hour before Congress and millions of people watching on TV. Did he drool on himself or lose his train of thought or stare out into space? No. I though he did a very good job and was very forceful in his delivery. The problem is that the Right hates Biden so much that even if he starts a speech by saying Good Morning and it is a few minutes after noon they will say see, see he doesn't even know what time it is.
Now will I vote for him again if he decides to run again? No, I don't think he has been a particularly effective President and his age is definitely an issue. Would I vote for his Republican challenger whoever it might be? Definitely not. I would rather cut off my arm and vote for Satan himself before I voted Republican.
Just my view.

Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger is a Republican. I think there would be no need for severed limbs here....
Edit: I routinely say "Good morning" on conference calls, no matter what time of day it is. when someone wants to be a smart-arse and point out it is afternoon/evening, I respond with "It is never too late to say good morning".Last edited by Svensson; 04-14-2023, 05:21 AM.

I rather like to think the president should always puts his country and the American people first and foremost.
I'd vote for the man that runs on that as his creed, i couldn't care less whether he is a republican or Democrat.

It's the fact he can't string two sentences together most days,
Trump claims to have rebuilt the military in 4 years: "I rebuilt our military, new planes, new tanks, new everything."
Trump claims that this new military has now been given away: "They’ve taken, the military that I’ve rebuilt, and they’ve given it all to Ukraine."
Fact check: the US has provided no planes and are about to provide around 50 tanks to Ukraine. Is Trump serioulsy suggesting that this is the entire US military? 50 tanks? and what happened to the 200,000 or so service men? Were they also "given to Ukraine" or are the not considered "part of the military"?
Here is Trump's attempt to describe president Xi as professional and focused on the job at hand: "You know, when he first came to Mar-a-Lago, It was so organized by them and by us, but by them very pom, pom, pom. Everything’s like business. No games, you know. They don’t say, Gee, how did the Yankees do last night? Oh, that was a wonderful. They don’t care. They don’t care about anything. I like it, you know, in a way, I like it. You have no life. But that’s what he likes"
WHAT?
Here is Trump's "recollection" that Xi apparently travelled half way around the world for a 15 minute (yes, fifteen minutes) meeting at a private members club with Trump. And then Xi, despite his incredible professionalism described above, overrun the meeting 16-fold (or 3 hours and 45 minutes): "When they came in, it was supposed to be a meeting that lasted exactly 15 minutes. We got along so well."
Just becasue they got along soooo well. More likely, Xi thought "let's keep him babbling for as long as possible so we get more info out of that idiot..... Who knows, he might end up showing us what intelligence they have on North Korea's Missiles...."
And all of this insanity is JUST ONE ANSWER in an interview full of BS from start to finish. And this is EVERY interview with him.

I can provide you with examples of Trump not recognising his own Limo in front of him when coming off a plane.
Or examples of Trump truggling with a slight slope on a dry sunny day at Westpoint (he later claimed the slope was wet and slippery) or struggling with his motorskills to drink a cup of water.
Or when Trump is asking "Where is Rudy [Guliani]?" when he is LITERALLY sitting in front of him.

And while we're talking about BS, NYC court employees stated to Yahoo News that Trump's suggesting that everyone was crying was complete BS:
Former President Trump’s claim to a Fox News anchor that New York court employees were “crying” and apologizing for his arraignment on felony charges is “absolute BS” and doesn’t remotely resemble what took place, a law enforcement source familiar with the details of what transpired that day told Yahoo News.
“Zero,” said the source when asked how much truth there was to Trump’s colorful account. “There were zero people crying. There were zero people saying ‘I’m sorry.’”
https://news.yahoo.com/trumps-tale-o...l?guccounter=1
But to be honest, we all knew that this was BS.
And I think that you also knew that this was BS, yet you didn't mind that this was BS.
And I find that interesting.
All the Best.Last edited by Svensson; 04-14-2023, 09:41 AM.

People forget that Biden has a severe stutter so every time he speaks he must go through a routine to avoid stuttering, this could come across as being dodery. I’ve no doubt age is a factor too but at least he as far as I can tell doesn’t state easily proved bare faced lies to the people and has sensible policies.
