I used to live a short walk from that place. I lived here at the time the body parts were discovered and also walked past the Black Cap in Camden Town (one of the pubs where the killer drank) every day to and from work. At the time I was a young woman living alone the case terrified me. Who on earth could live there?Comment

I assume he rented it at the time he was arrested?
I would assume the flat has been sold a couple of time since.
If not, surely he won't be pocketing the massive profit?Comment
