The guy in the mask is clearly not impressed by this.

Yeah, they got me for armed robbery. What are you in for?

      Possession of whipped cream.

Zis is Casebook, David, Ve don't disclose our fantasies on Casebook. Apologies to Siegfried.

Siegfried was not so innocent. He's the one who showed his patients all those suggestive Rorsach pictures...

So, what is the going price for illicit underage whipped cream?
Why a four-year-old child could understand this report! Run out and find me a four-year-old child, I can't make head or tail of it.

                  I think it’s a good thing.
Give the youngsters whipped cream, and next thing you know they’re all out of their minds on Eclairs, Tres Leches and Creamy Rhubarb Cobblers.

I was actually referring to Conrad Siegfried, played by Bernie Kopell in "Get Smart".

It seems to be a measure to stop minors getting hold of hippy crack.

Just thought that I would clarify something. The law doesn't prohibit those younger than 21 years from buying their favorite aerosolized whipping cream from grocery stores. It does prohibit the sales of nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") cartridges that are designed for use in whipped cream chargers. As an example: Amazon.com: Chef Master Whipped Cream Chargers, 24-Pack: Home & Kitchen . There is a signature injury associated with the inappropriate use of these nitrous oxide cylinders.

Essentially, the nitrous oxide cylinder is held between the thighs with the nozzle pointing upwards into a balloon that is used to collect the nitrous oxide. BUT, as the nitrous oxide jets into the balloon, the cylinder, which is metal, cools dramatically to such an extent that it can cause such severe frostbite to cause the equivalent of second- and third-degree burns. Ouch! And such a bad place for tissue damage. The following is a link to a French Medical Journal and I provide it with the warning that these are medically graphical images that may be upsetting to view. You have been warned! Frostbite related to the festive use of nitrous oxide. Clinical Case and Literature Review - CMP (nih.gov)

There are other problems that can arise for the improper use of Nitrous Oxide. Sometimes, I think that in our rush to do the right thing, we draw attention to the wrong thing.
