For the last two days I've been unable to access JTRForums. I can get the homepage but nothing else. Is this a problem with that site or my own computer?

It's working for me. I am not a member so I can't post but I can access the public forums and they seem to be there. Possibly you might want to try clearing your cache? Sometimes you get stuck in a bad loop and clearing the cache helps.
