    Hi Don,
    My father introduced me to the added salt when I was about 7, he got used to it whilst in the navy stationed in Scotland .
    I did not like it added , but I do without the thicker the better.

        I should have known better trying to get sympathy from a detective on casebook!
        How did you know about my basketball sized stomach?
        You are bang on anyway, it's no fun lugging this much weight around in this heat, I'll have to give power walking a try.
        I don't mind seeing the doc though, it gives me a chance to put on my really worried and upset face when I come back through the waiting room.
