Doesn't strike me as a paedophile. Could be wrong here, but paedophiles are absorbed by children; Hitler was absorbed by mass murder, ill-conceived moustaches, camp looking leather outfits and lederhosen, and East European head shapes.

Personally, I think his attention was caught by other matters.

Answer - No
I have no secret inside knowledge but if, as the article suggests, Hitler was erotically attracted to pubescent girls then he would, psychologically, be classified as a hebephile. Paedophile is a term specificially reserved for older individuals attracted to pre pubescent children.
Many people do not realise that
1) The term paedophile is only one of a number of terms used to describe people on the whole spectrum of chronophilia - that is the phemomenon of being attracted to persons outside one's own age range and
2) The term paedophile - so often used today, and nearly always misused - is a very specific psychological term that has a very specific meaning.
