These rights may be familiar to viewers of police dramas and usually begin with "You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford one, one will be provided to you. Anything you say may be used against you in a Court of law."

Today the Court struck down a New York State law that people may not carry personal concealed firearms without written permission proving they have a legitimate reason for doing so. This is likely a slippery'slope, as more people will likely begin carrying concealed handguns in New York.
