Where can I find the article into Kelly's inquest by Robert Linford et al?

I believe there was an article by Robert (and 2 other authors?) into Kelly's inquest, part pertaining to the inquests being taken out of Baxter's hand and into Macdonalds*?

Believe this must be a Ripperlogist magazine article but which edition?
