Help finding Swanson's 19th October 1888 report.

I would like to review Swanson's report 19th October 1888.

Can someone do me a favour please and let me know where on the web or which book I can find a full (prefererably) extract of the report?

I've look around on t'internet and in some books but I have only found short extracts.

Swanson wrote a detailed summary report which can be found on page 26 and a home office report which can be found on page 45 and 73. I am using the e-book version so physical page numbers may differ.
