Meteorological phenomenon
It astonishes me that, like the biblical tales of plagues descending from the clouds, and (urban legend?) fish falling from the skies, the apparent descent of infant children from high altitudes should be treated with such normality.
It's almost as if, the violence aside, it were a normal occurence...
