Even if the prenup says she gets nothing after his death, as his wife she is entitled to anything given to her during the course of their marriage. And Hef gives very expensive jewelery. She is also entitled to any contents of the house purchased during her marriage. Clothes, furs, artwork, pets... all of it becomes hers. Nothing that belongs to Playboy Enterprises would be hers, and that includes the house itself. She will also be entitled to the contents of any joint accounts. She could easily come out of this marriage with 10 million. Without being in the will.
