Here's the difference, though:

Cat-calling men in this manner just sounds like sarcasm. Unattractive women do get sarcasm-called as well, but in order to cat-call a man whilst implying genuine attraction, that's got to be done differently. So differently, in fact, that I don't even know how it could be done.
