  • Newbie alert.

    Good evening, all.

I have been lurking here on Casebook for a number of years. I thought that the time has come for me to sign up. Of course I have been very interested in JTR for many years now. I am also interested in many other cases, only a couple of which are actually debated on here.

I won`t ramble on in this my first post.

    George.

By God, sir, I`ve lost my leg.
By God, sir, so you have.

    Uxbridge to Wellington.

Welcome to the Forum George. Won’t they be missing you at Dock Green?
    Regards

    Sir Herlock Sholmes.

Welcome George. Glad the Dirk Bogarde bullet wasn't fatal after all.

          Hi Herlock.

I thought there would be a few on here who remembered Dixon.

              Hi Robert.

You refer of course to the film, The Blue Lamp, which preceded Dixon Of Dock Green by a few years.

              Very good film.

                Hello George,

Yes, welcome aboard Sir. It appears that you are English. Don't make fun of American beer and we'll get along fine.

                c.d.

Hi c.d. Thanks for the welcome. Indeed I am English, a Londoner. Not much of a beer drinker these days. My tipple these days is Woodford Reserve. Very nice !
