This kind of vanity is hard to understand. A very close member of my family has severe facial disfigurement and is almost blind. He can no longer walk very well because of tumours on his spine. He has a mobility scooter but cannot use it outside unaccompanied because of his poor vision. Despite all of this, he has, at the age of 60, only just given up work. He lives in sheltered accommodation and gets a small amount of money to live on. A few months ago, having been told his condition is terminal, he said to me "I have a beautiful little flat, if I need anyone to help me, I just have to ring my buzzer. They give me a bit of money to live on - I can manage - how much more blessed could I be?" -
Yeah, there is nothing the average red blooded male finds more attractive than grotesquelly shaped beachball size breasts covered with scars.
