I'm reminded of the story about Jagger being at a swish party in London, where absolutely everyone who was anyone was there.

George Melly, the jazz singer, author and all round interesting guy, was talking to some people at the party, close to where Mick was holding court with a gaggle of eager young women.

One of the women was overhead telling Mick how expressive and cute the many lines on his face were.

Mick replied that he he loved his lines and said that they were laughter lines.

Melly immediately turned to Mick and delivered the withering put down, " Mick, nothing is that funny."
