    It may not be viewed as particularly "ladylike" in 1930s-type circles, (which are totally irrelevant to the contemporary world), but IMHO the harsh NZ critics really need to get a life! (or shuffle their way out of this one!)

      I don't like to see anyone swigging from a bottle, male or female, whether the drink is beer or cola. It's what my mother would have called 'slovenly behaviour'. Additionally, drinking from those types of bottle makes you belch which is also slovenly. Just my view.

        I don't particularly either, (not something I'd personally do - even in private I use a glass) but it seems to be a fact of modern day life and certainly not in my view worth the degree of fuss the NZ-ers seem to be according it!
