Is this America's quaintest euphemism? If the poor man gets an op for his swollen scrotum, he says he may have to "go to the bathroom" through a tube.

As a Brit, the image I get is of him feeling his way in the middle of the night along a man-size tunnel leading from his bedroom to the loo. Bizarre.
