I've already done that Adam, shes really shy about hanging out with me. She has my number but prefers to text me instead of calling. So it may be just a little while before we do something but I think it will happen soon enough. I really like her and even if shes not into me as much as I with her, I still want to be friends who knows where that may lead

Sounds like you're going alright. Perhaps the best course of action is simply to tell her straight out what you think of her, i.e. ask her out - you'll either get a smack round the face or she'll say yes - either way, at least you'll know exactly where she stands.

Thanks for the kind words Adam. We keep texting and I've asked her out a few times but I get the feeling shes really shy about hanging out with me. Its no problem though oh-she had her hair done all different Saturday it was sooooooooo hot - good stuff.Guess like Floyd Mayweather says I need to step my game up but I'll keep you guys posted

God I love this thread - just catching up with all of it now. Especially Page #37. Reminds me of exactly why the likes of myself, Corey Browning and Justin Dombrowski (among others) continue to fly the flag of the young Ripperologists, and remind Tom that he is indeed becoming quite elderly. Not to mention that the opinions of anybody who doesn't like the younger generation coming through are entirely irrelevant and unimportant.

For the record, Maria, i'd just turned 16 when my very first Ripper-related article was published....was very pleased recently to hand over the mantle of the youngest published author in Casebook Examiner to Corey Browning, actually. Still hanging on to the Ripperologist one, though.

Alright another update if you guys care. She sent me a text message out of the blue today and I asked her out again but she wants to do something this weekend,so I don't know. I think shes either really nervous about talking to me because I'm older or (I hope this isn't the case) shes stringing me along and not really interested. I'm going to try one more time and if I get another I don't know or maybe, then I guess thats it
