Not quite sure why a ghost would need to hold on to a stair hand rail.

            On a more serious note
I didn't know they could check and rule out double exposure
I'm not much of a photography buff .....obviously

A number of these photos have been debunked.

I've never seen a ghost. I don't think so anyway. Maybe.
Governors bridge outside of Annapolis where I grew up was an infamous haunted bridge. The first time my friend brought me there we go out on the bridge midnight . There is a noose hanging off it and down by the water was a campfire and we could hear voices but couldn't see anyone. We yelled down and the light goes out everything went dead silent. We got the heck outta there quick!

CD your from around my area I think. You ever hear of governors bridge?

Yeah, they wouldn't want someone to fall and get a boo boo.

                    Hello Abby,

Yes, I am in D.C. but I have never heard of governor's bridge. Now in D.C. there are supposedly haunted places out the wazoo.

Yup. That it! Thanks Robert! The story that was going around when I was kid was that it was a meeting place for runaway slaves on the Underground Railroad and a bunch go caught there and hung from the bridge.

It's definitely a creepy place, even in day time. Bad vibes there for sure.
