    RIP everyone

From Bowie, Prince and Ali - to Wogan, Wood and Aherne - remembering the famous faces who died in 2016.

Thanks, Robert. Worth a look. RIP to all of them, indeed!

Every year the New York Times (on the last issue for the year on a Sunday) has a special necropolis magazine section with articles about some of the celebrities who passed that year. It did not happen this year - possibly just too many really big names.

Unless they waited for the week after the last Sunday to do a retrospective.

Apparently you missed the New York Times Magazine spread, Jeff. I posted on December 29 for Steadmund Brand in "The Greatest" thread --
