He was released after being convicted the THREE murders? If this is true, how can his whereabouts be unknown? He would be on licence for life.

This sends shivers down my spine as I travelled up and down the Northern Line twice a day, six days a week for years in the early 1980s.

I no longer live in London but on visits, I absolutely loath travelling on the underground system and will do anything to avoid doing so.
