"Wartime Crime" documentary series on AHC

Thought some of you would be interested in this new true-crime history series on the American Heroes Channel (formerly the Military Channel). Episode 1 is called "The Godfather of London" and tells the story of Billy Hill, a career criminal who organized the underworld before and after World War II. I hadn't heard of him before, and found the program very interesting. It featured comments from several authors, including M.J. Trow.
Episode 2, "The Demon Doctor," is about the French Doctor who claimed to be part of an escape network, but conned criminals and Jews out of money for his services to smuggle them out of Occupied Paris, but merely murdered and disposed of the bodies in his cellar.

An upcoming topic will be the blackout murders.
