Congratulations to the Ripperologist Journal team of editors for producing and distributing another fine issue. The tribute to Chris Scott touched the hearts of all. Chris was a special man and a good friend to many of us.

It was pleasing to read in the "Letters to the Editor" section that Siobhan Pat Mulcahy continues to work hard and make progress in her research. Receiving news from Ireland really does gives a boost to Ripperology. I remember in years past how Alan Sharp would give our field excellent material from the libraries in Ireland, and I bet Siobhan's upcoming article will be a pleasure to read as well. (Especially the part about Ireland's "Lake of the Cures".) I'm glad Siobhan is receiving cooperation from the readers of the Anglo-Celt newspaper, and it will be curious to see how far this course of study takes her.
