Hey Philip,

I know some people in the UK have gotten copies because they brought it up in emails, and so far you're the only one who has mentioned not receiving it.

In any set of mailings something like 2% just get lost in the post, so perhaps that's what happened in your case. I'll pop Alan an email (just in case he doesn't see your message amidst the unrelated ones here) so he can look into it and get back to you.
