Has anyone got a copy of Ripper Notes #27?

Also, the description on amazon says:
"4. Part 2 of the Berner Street articles. Very detailed geography of Berner Street with pictures, and a continuing look into the Stride murder there."

Where would part ONE be? Because I'd like that too.

I'm interested in the Berner Street articles.
