Non-fiction novel on JTR?

Anyone know of any good books that are accurate and factual about the Ripper murders and yet depict them with storytelling techniques used in fictional novels? A classic example of this "non-fiction novel" genre is, of course, Truman Capote's "In Cold Blood". John Gilmore's 1994 true crime book "Severed: The True Story of the Black Dahlia" is also of a similar style.

I know that the correct name for this genre is "creative nonfiction", and our English and journalism instructors teach it. It basically uses fictional techniques, like point-of-view switches and so forth, to tell a true story in a more narrative style.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any JTR nonfiction book being written in this style. Maybe that is because the facts are jumbled and incomplete, and the suspects abound...

Perhaps not exactly what you are after, but pretty close, try "A Brutal "Chill in August" by Alan Clark (reviewed in the latest issue of Rip') and "Prisoner 4374"
